The indenture relates to land, "known by the name The Lake situate in the Parish of Pendock in the County of Worcester with the Barn, Stable, Cyder Mill and Cyder Mill House, Garden and Premises thereto belonging" as well as various nearby closes, fields and parcels of land,"situate in the several Parishes of Pendock and Redmarley D'Abitot".
