32 colour slides in a Kodak slide box labelled, "1974. Wilton - original dismantling etc" and "Wilton inc. D. Ogdens". There are 19 Fujichrome slides and 13 Gaf slides. Two of the three prints are of D.Ogden's slides. [The third print is perhaps from a missing slide]. All three prints were in a wallet labelled, "Wilton c. 1973. (Dismantling) (Ogden)".

Letter from D. A. E.Cross of Shrewton, Wilts, bemoaning the difficulty of raising £12,000 to restore Shrewton windmill when currently millionaires are swapping pictures "at sums of £1,750,000".

Report - Wilton Windmill

Copy of Derek Ogden's report to Wiltshire County Council on Wilton Windmill following an inspection on 24 May 1971. The 7-page report includes a suggested programme of works, noting that "it can and should be restored to a workable condition" but that if "nothing were done within the next twelve to eighteen months the mill will undoubtably deteriorate beyond an economic repair".
