"Sail Bargains - Sturdily built and ripe for renovation, a windmill can be converted into a wonderful home"

Restored 18th-19th century windmill. Edenbridge Windmill was abandoned in the 1930s. It was a much admired landmark restored by Bob Austwick, a college lecturer who had previous experience in restoration of old buildings. It was sold as a mill without sails to reduce insurance costs and run as a residence re. utilities.
