Items relating to the half size replica of Dyke smock mill that was built by the millwrighting firm of Thomas B Hunt of Soham for Crackley Common, Kenilworth. The mill was later acquired by Sir William McAlpine and erected in the grounds of his house. Includes photocopies of drawings of mill and photos of construction, sent by Sir William McAlpine to Russell Jones, and architectural drawing "Sails for miniature windmill" (no date).
