Scope and content
Photopied pages sent to the Mills Archive in 2006 by James Venn, from a small notebook(s) in which Stanley Freese had recorded information on Buckinghamshire windmills. The information is the same as that in VENN-BWW-01-02, suggesting that this was the original notebook Freese carried with him on windmill visits, from which he copied the information into VENN-BWW-01-02 (VENN-OXF-01 and 02 appear to have a similar relationship). One small scrap of paper in the 2017 accession appears to come from this notebook. The location of the remainder is unknown.
