Illustration from 'The Daily Telegraph' with caption: "Mr Ken Piper, a millwright, working on the new waterwheel which is being installed as part of the restoration of the 16th century watermill at Mapledurham House, near Reading, Berks. The wheel, which is 15ft 6in in diameter and weighs two-and-a-half tons, is expected to be driving the grinding stones in the autumn."
