Biographical history

Became interested in photographing windmills in 1930s. Member of Kent Mills Group. Gave many slide shows of his photos to clubs and organisations.


Archival history

Images taken by Len Barton from 1930s onwards. Humorous images and cartoons added when showing slides to clubs and organisations. Collection donated to the Archive in 2010.

32mm slides of windmills, mostly English, some French, Belgian, Dutch and other European. Album. 6 photos taken by Don Filmer in 2007.
