Part 2 contains notes, photocopies from publications, correspendence, photographs of William Cubitt's grave, and newspaper cuttings.

Published typescript, by Stephen Buckland, entitled "Variable Mill Sail Weather: A Descriptive Sketch", includes research material and biographical information on E L Burne. The paper was published in the Proceedings of the 3rd and 4th Mill Research Conference, by the Mills Research Group in March 1988 and is available in the Mills Archive Library.
