Enclosed is a set of notes from Phyllis Cockburn that explains what each set of notes contain and she has typed out all of the text. It includes documents on (in no partiuclar order): Foundation Agreement, Articles of Association, Agreements, Certificate of Incorporation, List of Shareholders, Summary of Capital and Shares, Particulars of Mortgage, Register of Directors, Extraordinary General Meeting and the documents from the Final Winding Up Meeting.
