Photograph from a box of Hallam Ashley prints labelled 'Assorted UK windmill photos - not Norfolk'. Most have no additional information. The mill was in use until 1971. In 2015 an appeal raised sufficient funding for restoration work.

The article also recalls past problems at the mill and Worthing Borough Council's effort to restore it, as well as the formation of the Salvington Mill Trust, who would be responsible for the mill's complete restoration.
