Once again, it is not clear whether this photograph is of the Upper or Lower mill of Cleveley.Gardner informs us that this photograph is of Mr R. Allen, the miller of Cleveley mill situated in Enstone in the county of Oxfordshire. Gardner has noted on the back of the photograph "Wheel with cover working". This image was originally in the folder "EMGC-01-18" and has now been moved to the folder "EMGC-04" and has been catalogued as "EMGC-04-11".

The nineteenth item is a photograph featuring the watermill entitled "Mill at Cain" which one would imagine from this heading suggests that the mill was situated near the location of the modern day Cain Valley Hotel found today in the small market town of Llanfyllin . The town is situated in the county of Powys. There are no towns, villages or hamlets in Wales which have the name of Cain. The photograph was produced in the year 1953.
