The nineteenth item is a photograph featuring the watermill entitled "Mill at Cain" which one would imagine from this heading suggests that the mill was situated near the location of the modern day Cain Valley Hotel found today in the small market town of Llanfyllin . The town is situated in the county of Powys. There are no towns, villages or hamlets in Wales which have the name of Cain. The photograph was produced in the year 1953.
This photograph features a miller chiselling a millstone. The identity of the mill and the miller is not given. The date of production is not recorded either. However, it is important to note that an inscription has been stamped on the back of the image which informs us that The Times newspaper own the copyright of this photograph. The inscription declares "The Times Copyright - This Photograph must not be reproduced or used for advertising purposes without permission." For this reason, the photograph cannot be reproduced as a JPEG image and attached as a Digital Object to this file.
