An arch in the wall of the former Abbey Mill, south of the Holy Brook. The view is towards the west, and there are steps to an upper floor behind the arch.

Entries include records of regular payments in cash to Charles Croysdale and to the Executors of Thomas Croysdale. Fastened inside the back cover is a list of securities held by Barclays Bank Ltd, Pontefract, on behalf of Messrs John Croysdale & Sons Ltd dated 2nd November 1936. They include deeds for freehold properties costing about £34,00, and War Stock valued at £20,000.
