Thesis completed for an architectural qualification. Bound typescript of about 12,000 words with 119 photographs and two pages of scale drawings and four sketches. Lists 387 watermills in nine counties: Cheshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Isle of Man, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire. Contains loose correspondence from Stanley Warrell with Monica Dance, Secretary of the Mills Section, requesting its return, and a critique of the thesis by PW [Paul Wilson?] which comprises his original notes in pen, a final copy and the duplicate copy.
