The twelfth photograph is of Clyng mill situated down a track off a narrow lane overlooking the Erme estuary in Kingston, Devon. Comment from Martin Bodman: "The wheel seen here I think was scrapped. A later owner, R N Clegg, ex Royal Navy, said that he had created a new waterwheel from scrap parts from elsewhere, and used it to generate electricity via a Fordson gearbox."
