A wooden mill with a mansard roof. It is dwarfed by a huge chimney which obviously provided steam assistance. Note the man standing by the millpond (could be the miller)

The brick built tower mill is in a poor condition. Only two sail whips remain and the cap has gone revealing the brake wheel.
