The forty eighth item is a photograph of Consall Flint mill. Consall is a small village situated in the Staffordshire Moorlands eight miles east of Stoke - on - Trent. This image was produced in July 1950.

The fiftieth item is a photograph of one of the two flint mills of the village of Cheddleton in the Staffordshire moorlands. Cheddleton is near to the town of Leek. It is not clear whether this is North mill, Cheddleton, or South mill, Cheddleton; both of which were water powered flint mills. For this reason, both "North mill, Cheddleton" and "South mill, Cheddleton" have been added as Access points. This image was produced in July 1950.
