It includes documents on (in no partiuclar order): Foundation Agreement, Articles of Association, Agreements, Certificate of Incorporation, List of Shareholders, Summary of Capital and Shares, Particulars of Mortgage, Register of Directors, Extraordinary General Meeting and the documents from the Final Winding Up Meeting.
