This history was written by Olive Mayo, the village historian, who has researched, catalogued and written extensively about the village creating the archive, which is now deposited with Cambridge City Library. This is a photocopy of the original, pp 30-33, which includes an illustration of a 1799 map showing the position of the original Pampisford Watermill.
