Sketch made on June 28, 1929 when, "below the village of Wroxham is a nicely situated drainage mill, best seen across the sequestered churchyard." {H and F (1931) p.76}.

"Wookey Hole - Vatman"

Wookey Hole Paper Mill dates from at least 1610 but the present buildings were built in the 1840s. Now owned by Madame Tussauds and used to make hand-made paper as a tourist attraction.
