The first cutting shows a question asked by "A Milling Student" in the January issue of The Miller, asking about the length of rollers, per sack of flour, per hour, with the practical lengths being a lot shorter than their textbook suggests. The second cutting is from the February issue of The Miller, with responses to the question raised by "A Milling Student" with different suggestions for the differences in length. Further correspondence on this question can be seen in DUFF-SBK-040, DUFF-SBK-041, DUFF-SBK-048, DUFF-SBK-049 and DUFF-SBK-050.
