Six Mile Bottom Mill, Burrough Green, Cambridgeshire, England

The written message behind the photograph reads, ''This mill stood in the line of the railway and was moved to in its present position when the railway was made. 2 prs of stones, one in breast and one in tail. Flour dresser and cross tail. Brake wheel of wood with morticed teeth. 3 1/2" pitch and 6' - 6" pitch dia. Wallow wheel similar but smaller dia. An exceedingly difficult mill to photograph as it is practically surrounded by a hedge.''
