Postcard of Union Mill

Written by J Russell to Mr Hinkley at Northiam windmill. Annotation states that Thomas Hinkley was 'grinder' at the mill (which?) 1827-1871

Francis Frith and Co

This copy of the postcard bears a 1/2d stamp. The postage rate for postcards rose to 1d in 1918, so the image presumably does not date from later than that year. Shows the windmill before it became disused.
