Harry Meyer was a photographer and mill enthusiast. He carried out mill visits in partnership with his sister Doris Meyer. Meyer's late ambition was to write a book with Arthur C Smith. He lived in Letchworth, Hertfordshire all his life and died in 1982. The collection was given to Arthur C Smith on Meyer's death. He donated it to the Mills Archive along with his own collection in 2002.

Images and cuttings, mainly of windmills with some material on watermills, covering most UK counties. Parts of the collection have been given individual catalogue entries. The remainder is listed in the attached PDF.
