This is an advertisement in the journal 'Milling' from 14 February 1931 for the Simon System of flour manufacture, run by Henry Simon Ltd. of Cheadle Heath, Stockport. It has an illustration of a mill in Dover owned by Messrs. G. W. Chitty & Co., Ltd. The handbook entitled 'Flour Milling - The Roller Milling Revolution' identifies this mill as Charlton by Dover Mill.

One photograph is affixed to a piece of paper with "Pledges' Victoria Flour Mills at Ashford, built 1890. The Miller, February 1891, p. 477." written on it. This can be seen in GJON-IMG-24B. Photograph shows the disused old iron 10'10" x 7' 6" wide overshot wheel by Weeks of Maidstone, at the Chegworth Mill. The other photograph is identical, but is slighter smaller than the other.
