A further arrangement between Sarah Nelson, Richard Fessey, Charles Nelson and the Stockton Flour Company modifying the terms of an indenture dated the 3rd April 1862, in which Sarah Nelson and Richard Fessey leased "a certain mill" to the Stockton Flour Company, the company now being able to terminate the lease at the end of the 3rd year (as well as at the end of the 2nd year as originally agreed). Other names mentioned: Thomas Griffin, Thomas Archer and John Howson Lamb. Original document available for reference.
