Scope and content

Cutting in the 'Edinburgh Evening News' saying that there will be few entries from Scotland in the list of windmills currently being prepared for the U.K. by the Ministry of Town and Country Planning. Most former mills are now only commemorated by the name 'Mill Street' or 'Mill Road' but a notable site was that erected by the Earl of Hopetoun in Leith for crushing the ore from his lead mines.
