Draft deed of covenant for a provender mill at Silloth Cumberland

5 sheets of paper (approx 41 x 26 cm) comprising a draft Indenture between the North British Railway Company and Carr & Co. Ltd concerning the conversion of part of a grain warehouse at Silloth, Cumberland into a provender mill. A note on the reverse requests a "fair copy on white draft" to be prepared on 16 December 1904, presumably for signature.
