Derek (from a 700 year old family of Cornish millers) and Valerie Hosken bouight Mill farm with a mill which could be restored. Now Blacklands Mill in Wiltshire is fully operational. A monastic document records Blacklands Mill from 1289. Local millwright, Malcolm Cooper, can help to restore water wheels and recut mill stones.
