Cutting from 'Morning Telegraph' of a profile of Chris Salisbury, a miller who retired in the 1950s as windmills began to fall into decay. The article mentions that Mr. Salisbury went back to work as the miller of Ellis' Mill in order to restore it to full functionality. It also explains that the project is being sponsored by the Department of Employment's Job Creation Scheme for the Lincoln Civic Trust.
