Biographical history

Brian Eighteen spent his life in the rural community and worked as an animal food salesman for many years selling foodstuff and assisting farmers with the health of their livestock. He was a keen local historian of the Reading area and loved the countryside, farming life and water mills in particular. He built a large collection of postcards and other memorabilia and regularly gave slide show talks on the subject of local history to local interest groups. He also ran the local postcard fair for many years.
