Name of creator
Bernard R Billings was a mill enthusiast and photographer who was active in Kent in the early 1930s.
The glass lantern slides, prints and sketches were inherited by Alan Stoyel and donated by him to the Mills Archive in May 2002. (Accession 2002.2003)
The Windmills Book came from the SPAB.
