The Barnet Records Society held its Annual General Meeting last night where Chairman (Rev Canon Overton) emphasised how successful the Society was after three years existence. The preservation of Windmills was an agenda item which engendered interest in preservation/restoring local ancient buildings, particularly Arkley Mill. At present the mill is in private hands and safe.
